Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung are therapeutically arranged sequences of flowing and static postures.

Through regular practice an inner strength, peace, joy and calmness is cultivated that leads to a greater sensitivity and appreciation for life.
For the past 19 years I have been instructing a wide group of students from senior citizens to high school students in both yoga, medical chi kung, and tai chi chi kung.
I cease to be amazed at the wide range of wonderful benefits my students report derived from their practice of meditative movement.
I offer group or individual instruction.
For individuals I create a balanced routine for specific needs that one can practice daily.
I have been fortunate to study under master instructors of yoga, tai chi, chi kung, and dance.
Dr. Moshe is certified from three different yoga programs, Kundalini yoga with Sat Raha Singh, Integral yoga at Mt. Madonna under the supervision of Baba Haridas and a private tutelage in India with Master Kumar Grahacharya.
Two Chi Kung certifications with Master Mantak Chia in medical Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chi Kung, an apprenticeship with Jacque Moramarco, and instruction with Ken Cohen, Wai Lun Huang, and Lily Siou.
